Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms decorated in a rustic style. The staff was friendly and helpful, although some areas could use more responsibility. The location was peaceful and ideal for a good night's sleep. The dining options were tasty, but a non-dairy milk option would have been appreciated.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few downsides. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning, but the ongoing renovations caused quite a bit of noise. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially On, who went above and beyond to assist us. The location, while a bit away from the main center, offered a peaceful setting right by the river. The dining options were decent, though a bit limited in variety. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with beautiful modern rooms overlooking the river. The little balcony with views of the river was a nice touch, although the small pool could get noisy at times. The service was top-notch, though English conversations were occasionally a bit limited. The location, while not right in the city center, offered a peaceful retreat just outside Luang Prabang. The dining was quite good overall, with a superb selection of Asian and continental food.
